Sunny with chance of a great agent to deal with!

I had the greatest experience today in working with another agent in Clear Lake, TX. They answered their phone. They answered their email. They called me back after presenting an offer. Just all around great experience! It is so nice when that happens!

What a wonderful world it can be. The weather was also excellent today. 2 for 2!

Brian, it is heartwarming when you encounter cooperative agents who answer their phone and respond to emails! The anonymous agents will be disappearing soon!!
