Jury Duty - This will not help the housing market

Will the judge care?  If I'm in Jury Duty tomorrow, I can't sell homes tomorrow.  This could cause the collapse of an already fragile market.  If I convince the judge I'm serious (which I'm not) -- do you think I can get out of being sucked into a long trial??

If you have to report for jury duty and wait long hours to get called to a court room, just use the time to propect.  That's what I did!

I got called for jury duty a few months ago and they let me out of it because all I had to say is my job is commissioned based, I don't sell anything, I don't make anything, than I can't support my family and by you keeping me here your threatening my survival.

Try this - tell them you are a member of the Fully Informed Jury Amendment movement... and that you'd LOVE to tell the rest of the jury that they can rule against the LAW just as they can rule against the EVIDENCE... You'll be out in time to list a FSBO before lunch!
