One thing I would really like to learn about is real estate in resort towns... time shares, and what the buying season is like in a town that has about 8 months of winter... I'm guessing you can probably only enjoy about 3 - 5 months of golf per year in Mammoth Lakes, California... I can't imagine what it must cost to own/operate/maintain such a business... Where is the golf course under all of that snow??
Perhaps someone more familiar with Mammoth Lakes could let us some details on this course. It sure made me curious... especially when there is a sign that says no trespassing is allowed!!
