I just got back from an amazing trip to Mammoth Lakes, CA... It was beautiful. The temperature was strangely in the 50's during the day... so t-shirt and jeans was perfect attire to traverse the snowy terrain.
We went skiing, and the snow was great...
But for the local Realtors, the snow clearly must pose an interesting challenge...
It was a bit of an eye opener to see this real estate sign for a house for sale nestled in a nearly 15 foot mound of snow! When the streets get plowed, it goes onto the front yard... The curb appeal was a bit lacking to say the least!
Surely there is a way to melt this mound, and really make your home stand out from the crowd on the street!
Otherwise, just stick a for sale sign on top of the 15 foot mound? Get yourself some heightened visibility!!
